mirroring;
- Please make sure the URL is entered correctly when you can't connect.
- Restart the router;
- Download and launch 1001 TVs app on your phone/TV/PC;
- Restart the 1001 TVs app;
- Connect PC/Mac/TV to your phone's hotspot and try again;
- If you are using a public or hotel Wi-Fi and the "AP Isolation" is enabled, you need to consult the technicians of your company to fix the issue.
- Open system 'Settings';
- Find the 'Display & Brightness – Auto-Lock';
- Adjust the auto-lock screen interval, check 'Never';
- Select "Connect" in the Wi-Fi Settings screen;
- Click "Stay Connected While Driving";
- The hotspot connection can be maintained while driving.
- Restart the router;
- Restart the app on sender and receiver;
- Connect PC/Mac/TV to your phone's hotspot and try again;
- If you are using a public or hotel Wi-Fi and the "AP Isolation" is enabled, you need to consult the technicians of your company to fix the issue.
- Restart the router;
- Change to the 5G router;
- Ensure that the battery power is greater than 70%, try to mirror screen in charging mode;
- Lower the resolution of the screen mirroring, try lower quality;
- Go to Setting-->Smooth mode, turn off the switch
- Reinstall the latest 1001 TVs.
- Please upgrade the app to the latest version. The latest version supports sound;
- Please remember to turn on the sound switch on the screen mirroring page;
- Please make sure the microphone permission is granted on for Android phones;
- Please try the horizontal screen of your phone and do not set the vertical screen lock on your phone;
- Contact customer service and provide device model and the version number of the installed 1001 TVs;
- Try again with another phone or TV;
- Reinstall the latest 1001 TVs app.
- Restart the router;
- Change to the 5G router.
- Check the Wi-Fi signal, if it's too weak, please move closer to the router.
- Restart the TV, then start the 1001 TVs app;
- Go to Setting-->Smooth mode, turn off the switch
- Open a browser on your PC;
- Navigate to https://www.1001TVs.com/download;
- Download installer and run it;
- If the installation fails, contact customer service for assistance.
- Please install 1001 TVs on the receiving end (computer or TV) and open it, then scan the corresponding QR code for screen mirroring;
- Currently does not support mirror screen to other products or devices, please do not scan the QR code of other products;
- Please do not scan the QR code used to download the product;
- If still doesn't work, please contact customer service for assistance.
- Open Appstore;
- Search for "1001 TVs" to install.
- Please note that the TV OS must be an Android or Apple TV;
- Open the AppStore, search for "1001 TVs" and install.
- If the mobile phone displays "Your [device name] 1001 TVs app version is too low to affect quality of mirroring.", it means that the version on the TV is too old, please check whether there is an application on the TV In the store, if there is one, open it and search for 1001 TVs, find the app and update it.
- This is a problem caused by MIUI's anti-telecom fraud function being turned on. You only need to open Settings → Security → Telecom Fraud Protection → Screen Sharing Protection → Close, and then cast the screen again.
- Some App interfaces prohibit screen mirroring. For example, the interface for entering a password cannot be screencasted, such as the interface for playing videos. Due to copyright requirements, the App prohibits screen mirroring.
- The latest Windows version only supports 64-bit. For users of 32-bit systems, please go to the download page(https://www.1001tvs.com/downloads) to get the old version.
